    A 15-minute setup call. We'll ask for access to your CASPER/iQIES reports or your last CMS-2567. If you use PointClickCare or MatrixCare, we'll connect directly.

  2. Step 02Day 3–7

    We build your baseline.

    Wardwell ingests your survey history, maps your open deficiencies, inventories your staff certifications, and generates a facility risk assessment.

  3. Step 03Day 7

    You see the dashboard.

    Your compliance posture, updated daily. Open deficiencies, upcoming deadlines, documentation gaps, and a clear picture of what the state would find today.

  4. Step 04Day 7–30

    We draft.

    If you have open deficiencies, we'll draft Plans of Correction. If a reg changes, you'll get an alert. If a staff cert is expiring, you'll know.

  5. Step 05Day 30

    You decide.

    If Wardwell earns its keep, you're live on the paid plan. If not, we part as friends and you keep the risk report.
