Pilot participants receive terms in writing at the start of the 30-day pilot. The pilot requires no credit card and carries no auto-renewal. If you convert to paid service on day 30, the first 90 days of paid service are covered by a money-back guarantee — request a refund in that window and we return the full quarter.
